A Pleasant Experience – Great Shoes & Even Better Support

I recently purchased the Chestnut X-Lows from Comet, and I’m genuinely impressed — not just with the product but also with the amazing customer support team. Every concern I had was addressed promptly, politely, and with complete professionalism. Their team really made the entire shopping experience seamless and reassuring.

Coming to the shoes themselves, I love the color combination — subtle, stylish, and super versatile. One design detail that really stood out to me is the custom leather patch stitching placed just after the laces, toward the toe. It’s a thoughtful and innovative touch that helps minimize creasing and preserves the overall look of the shoe. Small details like this show how much thought Comet puts into both aesthetics and functionality.

The laces could have a rework

The black laces are good but the secondary pink laces provided with the shoe don’t match the whole vibe of chestnut personally I would like a white lace instead
