  1. The referral program is available only to eligible Comet customers who have completed a purchase and have not returned their order.
  2. Eligible customers may share their referral link with any number of people. However, each referral code can be successfully redeemed a maximum of 10 times.
  3. Referral codes are valid only for new Comet customers who have never previously placed an order with Comet.
  4. All communication regarding the program (reward codes, referral status etcetera) will be shared via WhatsApp.
  5. The referral program is available exclusively on the Comet website and does not apply to purchases made through Myntra, retail stores, or other channels. The program is currently available only in India.
  6. A referred customer can be attributed to only one referrer. Once a referral code has been associated with a customer's mobile number (including through login or by applying the code at checkout), that customer cannot use or be associated with any other referral code or referrer under the program. Self-referrals, including the use of alternate email addresses, mobile numbers, or customer accounts to refer yourself, are strictly prohibited and will not be eligible for rewards.
  7. Only one referral code can be used per customer and it cannot be combined with any other coupon, promotion, or offer unless explicitly stated by Comet.
  8. The referrer's reward will be issued only after the referred customer's order has been successfully delivered and the applicable return/refund window has expired.
  9. Cancelled, returned, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise ineligible orders will not qualify for referral rewards.
  10. Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. Referral codes must not be shared through spam, paid advertising, coupon websites, cashback platforms, or any other misleading or unauthorized promotional methods. Comet reserves the right to invalidate referrals generated through such activities.
  12. Comet reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or cancel referral rewards where it reasonably suspects misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, or any attempt to circumvent the intent of the referral program.
  13. Comet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program, including its rewards, eligibility criteria, and these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
  14. In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility, referrals, rewards, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, Comet's decision shall be final and binding.
